1 medium sized mango, any variety
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2cm spinneysFOOD Organic Ginger
40g white chocolate, grated
Cut the flesh of the mango and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
