Açaí Bowl

200g açaí pureé, frozen
100ml almond milk
30g spinneysFOOD Maple Syrup
1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped
1 spinneysFOOD Strawberry, cut in half
8 spinneysFOOD Blueberries
50g mango, diced
60g dragon fruit, cut in star shape
50g granola
5g dried raspberries
10g spinneysFOOD Raspberries, cut in half
10g fresh grated coconut
20g star fruit, sliced ½ cm thick
50g banana, sliced on an angle

    Place a plate of your choice inside the freezer to get ice cold.

    Put the açaí, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla seeds in a blender and blitz until smooth.

    Scrap out all contents into a metal tray and place it in the freezer and stir every 20 minutes. After 1 or 2 hours it will take on an ice-cream like consistency. Remove the plate from the freezer and place the açaí in and smooth the top.

    Arrange the fruits and granola as per choice. Serve immediately.
