INGREDIENTS

280g coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp coconut milk powder
400g frozen mango, chopped
2 limes, juiced
2 tbsp spinneysFOOD Honey

METHOD

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy

    Add some extra honey if needed, then pour into a loaf tin or container and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight

    Serve in cones or bowls
