INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp protein powder
50g spinneysFOOD Organic Green Kale, shredded
½ spinneysFOOD Organic Avocado
1 tbsp spinneysFOOD Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tbsp spinneysFOOD Blue Gum Honey
350ml almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds

To serve

3 large ice cubes

METHOD

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth

  • 2

    Add the ice cubes and blend for a further 5 seconds or until the ice cubes are roughly broken up but not slush

  • 3

    Drink immediately
